"From birth to menopause, I blend ancient wisdom with modern support — because every woman deserves to be held through her most sacred transitions."

Hi, I'm Antoinette Teresa
Full-Spectrum Doula • Certified Health & Wellness Coach • Placenta Encapsulation Practitioner
I'm a mama, a guide, and a woman walking this path right alongside you. I’m a full-spectrum doula, certified health and wellness coach, and placenta encapsulation practitioner devoted to holding space for women in every chapter — from fertility and pregnancy to postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond.
My practice, MAMA Healer, was born from my own journey of healing — through motherhood, heartbreak, transformation, and the sacred remembering of my body's wisdom. I offer care that's both deeply rooted and intuitively led — blending the practical with the sacred through wellness plans, nourishing meals, postpartum support, postpartum traditions, and women's circles where true connection unfolds.

My Heart's Work
These circles are my heart’s work ~ sacred spaces where women return to themselves, share their stories, and reclaim their rhythm.
When I’m not supporting families, you’ll find me wandering farmers markets, hiking to waterfalls, traveling when I can, or cherishing time with the ones who first made me a mother — my now-grown babies.
Rooted in Northern California, I serve women both locally and virtually. And I fiercely protect my time for rest, because stillness is essential to flourish.
