Our foundational birth support includes 1 prenatal session, birth plan and advocacy preparation, full labor and birth support, immediate postpartum care, 1 extended 2-hour postpartum visit, personalized educational folder, and ongoing text, phone, and email support throughout your journey.

Everything included in Element, plus 1 additional virtual session, herbal nutrition and movement guidance, comprehensive postpartum planning support, an additional postpartum visit, yoni steam and/or belly binding services, herbal sitz bath or tea blend, and nourishing postpartum snacks to support your recovery.

Holistic, full-spectrum support
Our holistic full-spectrum support features 3 prenatal sessions plus 1 virtual session (flexible swap), labor and birth support with nourishing bone or veggie broth, immediate postpartum care, postpartum visit including yoni steam and/or belly binding plus fresh postpartum meal and lactation cookies, customized resource folder, and unlimited communication throughout your entire journey.

Sacred, all-inclusive journey
Our most comprehensive sacred journey includes everything in Essence, plus two extended postpartum visits, newborn care and rest support, feeding guidance and infant massage, herbal bodywork and emotional integration support, and simple postpartum meal preparation to nourish your growing family.
Overnight Doula Services:
Daytime sessions require a 3-hour minimum. Overnight care is available upon request and is priced separately. Please inquire for current rates, availability, and travel coverage.
